Terms of Service
Welcome to AdmazoVerse. These Terms of Service (these "Terms" or this "Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you and Metaverse Investments, Ltd. dba AdmazoVerse (“AdmazoVerse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) concerning your use of our interactive entertainment products and services, websites, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Intellectual Property Infringement Notification Policy, Community Standards, and Content Guidelines, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms or the referenced documents, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms include an arbitration agreement requiring disputes to be resolved on an individual basis rather than through jury trials or class actions, and they limit the remedies available to you in a dispute. See Section 12 for more on Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.

1. SELECT DEFINITIONS
- "Account": Your user account under this Agreement, including your credentials and associated rights.
- "Content": Any form of media, including but not limited to images, text, audio, video, graphics, designs, code, and user-generated content.
- "Creator": A user who produces and shares original content within the Service.
- "Intellectual Property Rights": All rights related to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
- "Internet Device": Any device capable of connecting to the internet to access the Service.
- "Product": Any software or interactive experience made available through AdmazoVerse.
- "Service": All features, functions, content, websites, and software associated with AdmazoVerse.
- "Software": Any proprietary software provided by AdmazoVerse to access the Service.
- "Store": The online marketplace within AdmazoVerse for buying, selling, or exchanging digital assets.
- "Third Party Service Provider (TPSP)": Any external service provider that supports our platform, including payment processors.
- "User Content": Content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise shared by users within the Service.
- "Virtual Space": A simulated digital environment hosted within AdmazoVerse.
- "Websites": All online domains and applications operated by AdmazoVerse.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- You may not use the Service if you have been previously suspended or terminated by AdmazoVerse or are barred from receiving services under applicable law.
- You are responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, and internet connection necessary to access the Service.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND TERMINATION
- You must register an account with accurate and current information to access certain features of the Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may not share or sell your account. AdmazoVerse may terminate or limit your account for violations of these Terms.
- You may terminate your account at any time. AdmazoVerse may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
- Upon termination, you will lose access to all content, licenses, and services associated with your account.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT AND USER CONTENT
- You retain ownership of your original content but grant AdmazoVerse a license to use, distribute, and display it within the Service.
- By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any laws or rights.
- Content in public areas may be accessible by other users. You should not submit confidential or private information.
5. THE SERVICE
- AdmazoVerse may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- You use the Service at your own risk, including reliance on content or functionality.
- AdmazoVerse is not liable for user content or conduct. Use caution and judgment when interacting with others.
6. CONTENT LICENSES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- AdmazoVerse retains all rights to its software, content, branding, and features.
- You receive a limited, revocable license to access and use the Service and content as intended.
- You grant other users limited licenses to interact with content you publish in public spaces.
7. PAYMENTS
- Payment services may be handled by third parties. You are subject to their terms in addition to these Terms.
- Monthly or recurring subscriptions will be charged automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
8. REFUND POLICY
- All purchases made through AdmazoVerse, including subscriptions, virtual goods, and access to Virtual Spaces, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- In the event of a technical error or accidental duplicate charge, you may submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction. Requests should be sent to our support team with proof of payment and an explanation of the issue.
- Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of AdmazoVerse. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
- We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with digital content, user experience, or features that are functioning as intended.
- If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit any right to a refund.
9. USER CONDUCT
- You agree to follow all rules, including the Community Standards and Content Guidelines.
- You may not upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive material.
- Prohibited behaviors include harassment, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, and hacking.
10. INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATIONS
- If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, you may submit a claim under our IP Infringement Notification Policy.
11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
- By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- AdmazoVerse is not responsible for user behavior, data loss, or service interruptions.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.
- You agree to indemnify AdmazoVerse for any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
- You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court.
- Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived.
- Arbitration will be handled by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of changes.
- If any provision is found invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in effect.
